Circle button when using a Play Station Controller on PC acts as “Exit” instead of “Back”
When using a Play Station controller on PC while navigating the Ubisoft Connect overlay, the Circle button will act as “Exit” instead of “Back”.

Challenge Progression do not refresh in Connect Overlay
The progress of your challenges do not update while the overlay is open.
Status: Under Investigation
Workaround: Restarting the overlay by closing it and re-opening it should update your challenge progress.

No error message is displayed if Connect Apps are not able to load
Some applications within the overlay will not display an error message if they are not able to load due to network connection being lost. The screen will stay on the loading icon for a while before returning to the main page.

Back button does not work after using the Steam Overlay
After using the Steam overlay and navigating back to the Ubisoft Connect overlay the back button will not work.

Some Locked rewards appear Smart Intel as if they are unlocked and redeemable. Please note that this is a visual issue and if the reward is locked you will not receive it.

Rewards status in the overview page not updating
The status of your reward will not be updated in the overview page after you’ve redeemed a reward in the reward section.

Stats Section Missing
The Stats section of the overlay has been temporarily disabled as we resolved an issue that was impacting other elements of Ubisoft Connect.

Smart Intel not available on consoles
Smart Intel has been disabled on Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, and Play Station 4/5 after we discovered an issue.

The Rewards and Challenges are not available in Assassin's Creed Odyssey. We're working closely with the team to have these released in a future update.
Status: Resolved. Assassin's Creed Odyssey has transitioned to being a legacy game. All rewards have been made free and the challenges have been disabled.
