I haven’t been able to open R6S since probably 8PM last night, and it’s now past 11:00AM.

It’s been getting stuck on the title screen, which shows the attacking team breaching a door and so on.

It doesn’t get past that. I’ve been unable to open the game.

I’ve tried restarting my Xbox. I’ve tried turning it off and on again. I’ve tried pulling the power cord out and turning it on again. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

What is the problem? I’ve tried to talk to Ubisoft and R6S on Twitter, but got no reply. Why am I experiencing this issue and how can I fix it?

I’m having the same issue, I’m inclined to say digital because I have tried everything he has as well and haven’t gotten any luck. Mine is a digital copy.

Do you have the game installed the Xbox HDD or a portable HDD you have connected to the console?

I have it stored on the Xbox hdd, the farthest it’s gotten is to the screen before you get in the game, it will tell me it’s connecting me to the servers for about 5-10 minutes, then will tell me ummm not connected even though I’m talking to my friends in a party. I honestly am lost when it comes to this. The port is at 3074, my connection is good I can play other games but this one isn’t working at all. I can play on my hotspot but that’s awful connection. I need this fixed as playing this game is like therapy to me. Thank you

i’ve been having the same problem for 3 days now. re install or factory reset didn’t work, nor did deleting save data. really wanna be able to play again

I've been having the same issue. Whenever I launch the game, while connecting to the servers (on the title screen) or just randomly in-game, the game crashes and I have to restart it. Sometimes it requires multiple attempts to get back into the game without any other crash happening.

I have a digital copy of the game. It all started working again three days ago just fine. But last night, I played GTA, and now when I load up Siege this morning, it won’t even get past the title screen again.

This is ridiculous and I’m getting incredibly sick of it. It is pretty much the only game I play, and it won’t work now.

Thanks for the reports. We have forwarded it to the dev team but it's not possible for us to reproduce. Can you let us know what ISP's you are all using so we can see if it's something related to a specific one.

I also need to suggest to go through the connectivity troubleshooting for your chosen platform on our support site also.

My internet service provider is Virgin Media.

It’s pretty consistently good, sometimes it goes down. But every other game, including games that require WiFi, work just fine. I also am still able to talk in parties and such, so I don’t think it’s an issue with my WiFi.

It’s got to the point now where I don’t play any other game for fear that Siege will decide not to work again once I try to load it back up.
