The only thing that can be upgraded on Xbox One X & Xbox Series X is the storage, open up a Xbox console and you will void all warranties.

Obviously not the case for p.c

Also the post is about TD2 not TD3.......I think it's going to be quite obvious that if and when TD3 comes out it will be 60fps minimum by default for the next gen consoles.

I am amused that the point has taken this long to sink in. Anyone who wants to play older games at ever higher framerates should play on PC.

Fortunately for those stuck on consoles, Ubisoft Connect will support cross-save going forward, so they can continue on PC whenever they do switch

or it could be we refused to participate in a PC superiority campaign and tried to stick to the subject at hand, which is graphics in the Division on next gen consoles.

Point is TD2 ain't that old, look at some of the games not just from Ubisoft that are getting the upgrade, some of them are 3-4 years old.

As you ain't a console player why even join in the thread, it does not effect you

Read the link. Those games have massive player bases and continue to generate a boat load of revenue for ubisoft.

You don't even play the game regularly any more, so it doesn't affect you much either

Console owners should be grateful that they'll be able to play the game at all. It wasn't that long ago that a new console generation meant older games couldn't even be played. Not such a big concern on PC of course

Why I would love to see a divison 3 the fact there trying to sell this game for 3 bucks a year later hints toward abysmal sales.i think at this point ubi is just trying to do the bare minimal for div 2 not even enough money to be made to have 1 dev give us a 60 fps cap

we do think its cool this time around we can carry over some games, nobody said otherwise. OP has a simple inquiry into whether or not TD2 should or would get a FPS increase with it when other ubi games are doing so. It was a simple thread about next gen consoles but as with most threads concerning consoles, you have that one guy who insists on getting in a few PC is superior comments with no other motive whatsoever which is just silly. Who cares? I could go buy the best gaming pc on the market right now without blinking an eye but i prefer console, they just always work and most of all we dont deal with 95% of the cheaters yall do which would be worth playing at 30 fps for eternity if you ask me.

Lol i couldn't care if it wasn't playable on a next gen console.

Simple fact is I Do not buy a new next gen Console to play previous old gen games on it, never have and never will.

If i want to play a PS4 game i'll play it on a PS4 same with PS3 games on PS3 and 360 games on 360,

Not sure why this PC superiority thing even comes up (Who really gives a sht) which platform is supposedly better for old or new games.

My gaming hardware collection consists of

    Atari 2600 (Wood Edition)
    BBC B computer (Circa 1984)
    Acorn Electron Computer (Circa 1984)
    ZX Spectrum
    Commodore 64
    SNES
    Sega Mega Drive
    Atari Lynx
    N64
    PS1/2/3/4/PS4 Pro
    X box 360 Elite/Xbox One/X one X
    GBA
    Ninty Game cube
    Sega Master system
    DreamCast
    Sega Saturn
A now 4 year old AMD Phenom II quad core gaming Rig
    Original PSP
    Gameboy Advance.

When you've been gaming since the Late 70's you tend to build up quite a collection and tend not to give a sht about which my platform is better than yours.

Now you are trolling, should be grateful....lmao.....consoles will sooner or later be the leader in gaming....you just don't see it yet.

Like i said earlier, what you doing here? it does not effect you.....so why don't you just do one or you still looking for that moderator status?

Apparently you do, enough to continue replying and justifying your choice of hardware

You're deluding yourself if you think PC or consoles are "leading" gaming - mobile has larger market share than both of those There's a reason why Ubisoft and EA have introduced cross-platform save systems - they know people want the ability to play on multiple platforms.

Like i said earlier, what you doing here? it does not effect you.....
Funny coming from someone who said he's effectively done with the game

My comment was sparked by the question of why some other games are getting upgrades. Which given you didn't bother to read the original link, would seem to require additional explanation:

so why don't you just do one or you still looking for that moderator status?
If trolling was an effective way to become a moderator, we'd have a forum full of them
