The memento long term (white buff) disappears while in Summit on occasion. Not sure what is causing it. Not sure if it is just a visual bug not displaying the buff, but when it happens when you pick up a new confirmed kill you receive the short term orange buff but no longer will see the long term buff.

Momento Backpack buff is broken. the white buff icon works wile your collecting, but once its max and/or you enter/leave combat or travel to new area, it disappears.
maybe its set to only show when its not maxed? but that's not how it used to work, nor is it helpful gameplay wise.
kinda hard to show a picture or video of a buff that isn't there...
