Hello faced with this problem when the game starts after the screen saver preview the game won't start (after the previews it hangs in task Manager 20 seconds and then crashes), although in theory it should start, and then the "play" button lights up blue again, tried to reinstall the game (even with disabled antivirus) and update the system software (including the graphics driver and Microsoft Visual C++) and it too did not give results.
