    on the video you sometimes have the lady death talent Breathe Free activated, you also have another talent that activating not sure if its a damage one though. Not sure what the numbers would be if it was a different gun

    The Lady Death talent 'Breathe Free' activates a few times throughout the video, which suggests that damage would change; however, there are also times where the damage significantly changes while the stacks remain at '00'. My issue with the damage changing and at times there are not stacks registered on the Lady Death is that the player in the video fires the weapon usually at 1-second intervals; this could be enough time for the 'Breathe Free' talent to activate without properly registering next to the stack indicator next to the Lady Death. I agree with what you were saying about using another weapon to test the damage glitch theory because of how the Lady Death works; this suggests that further testing is needed in order for the original claim that there is a damage glitch to be probative rather than being persuasive or mere suspicion.

    Perhaps, a way to improve the quality of testing this theory is to record:

    1. what the damage looks like with different weapons (including different archetypes);
    2. what the damage looks like with and without using the crusader shield;
    3. that all weapons have the same talent, damage attributes, attachments;
    4. that the gear used has the same talents when using different weapons;
    5. if any of the talents on gear and weapons impact the damage fluctuation;
    6. also, outline the steps you went through to create the damage glitch and consider the possibility of others reproducing the glitch do not achieve the same results.

    Step 6 suggests considering other (confounding) variables that may be at play if there is a damage glitch.

    The other talent active talent looks like vigilance, which increases the total weapon damage by 25%; this buff is constant so it may not affect how the damage changes unless the player takes damage. Another talent which appears to be active at times looks like Vanguard.
