So i am tier 34 in Ghost recon wildlands and i uninstalled the game 5 months ago. i still have most of my guns and stuff and i am still tier 34. but some clothing items and guns it says i have to be tier 15 or something which doesnt make sense since i am already higher tier then that. it is really weird. and even some of my outfits have lost alot of the cosmetics. When i open the game it says i am unlocking them but when i am in the campaign they are locked. it also says i have unlocked every item from the store where you can purchase stuff with the ubisoft coins but those are also not unlocked ingame. ive tried searching for the issue but havent found any answer. please help me. i have lost 200 hours of grinding gameplay to this there must be a solution.

And you start at tier 40 and work your way to tier 1. So if your 34 you have a ways to go yet.
But i had alot of cllothing that required tier 15 before ):
There’s only one piece of clothing that unlocks at Tier 15 so I’m not sure what you’re trying to say.
There’s a regular bandana face mask you can wear in the beginning that you can change the colors of and then there’s the Tier 15 bandana face mask with the skull on it.

It's a bug. The whole 3 minutes of everything having been unlocked will happen every time you start Wildlands, until at least October 27 when the Ubisoft Club is transited into a new updated version called Ubisoft Connect. "During that time you should see the rewards re-appear for you."
