Give her more direct damage, 8 damage off of a heavy dodge attack is pathetic, bleed SHOULD NOT be her main source of damage, it should be a tool of hers to put pressure on an opponent and give her access to her enhanced lights.
Her bleed is a tool, and so shouldn't be her main source of damage, if she were to get more direct damage you could reduce the amount of damage her bleed does but keep the duration, so it's less damage over the same time span. The reason for this is so that she has sufficient time to. use her enhanced lights to keep an opponent on the defence, while also not losing the opportunity for an execution because of bleed.
She needs a bash, im stating the obvious here but against an opponent with easy access to hyper armour shes fairly weak as her low damage even on her heavys is easily out traded, after her bash having a bleed follow up could be useful.
Lack of an unblockable is annoying however not detrimental as with the other options here she would have a sufficient offence, it could be implemented on her top finisher heavy with the only soft feint option being her bleed stab so the opponent would have to predict the timing.
And finally all defelects NEED to break uninterruptible stance/hyperarmor as they're a gamble on whether you get the timing right and whether you guess the correct attack.
Although i have very little faith in peacekeeper getting any attention till at least year 5 possibly even 6 (if there is one) because of the work speed at Ubisoft.
(I play on console so i might be overestimating the usefulness of her zone, but to me its fine)
