    No tracking Number in order dispatch Email again

    Had this problem 2 yrs ago and now it's happened again, i know you guys are busy with orders and other stuff and covid has slowed responses to messages.

    But I would have thought you would have fix the dispatch email no have a tracking number in them by now, 2yrs ago there was no covid.

    Guess i'll have to wait till Monday to get a response as It's 9:52pm here in Australia, so see you Monday.

    I am sorry to hear you did not receive tracking information.

    For specific issues with Orders I would advise contacting the support team directly via our website.

    I have contacted support, they escalated my support ticket so hopefully i get a tracking number today or tomorrow.

    Someone one on Ubisoft Twitter support, sent me the tracking number which is great, but I'm being screwed by Auspost as the tracking details say it will be delivered between 4th and 9th of Nov.
    which means i won't be playing it for another week and by the time it gets here my PS5 will arrive shortly after, so i most likely will be stating this game as my first PS5 game.

    I’m in Europe and mine is still in transit on launch day. So much for pre ordering it back in July. Well done for messing this up Ubisoft!

    Just to clarify preordering means that you will receive your copy on the release date. If your parcel is in transit, you will receive it by the end of the day

    It's not whether you're legally right in terms and conditions what is the delivery date, it's about meeting your customers expectations, which is to have the game available the moment is goes live. Then again, customer service has never been one of Ubisoft strong points....

    Anyone else able to make a new post because the option to start new topic is missing from all ubi forums, i can reply to old ones but not start a new one.
    I've been to the new beta forums but nothing there either.
