It was at least a week ago I received a response from my ticket via email from a support team. They're aware of the issue and are working on it (last I was told), but also watchdogs legion & the new assassins creed just came out and even though I haven't played them I bet they're very buggy. If that's true then I'm almost certain a lot of ubisoft team members are working on fixing the bugs on those highly sold games. Believe my I'm just as frustrated as the rest of you since 10/20 especially since I'm missing out on the Halloween event. We're probly going to wait a lot longer than we expected.

It seems fixed for PS4 without PS Plus! Spread the word!

All players (console and PC) from Iran, Crimea, etc are still having this problem. I gave more details in another comment to you, but leaving this link here for anyone curious.

Hey ubi, your users in Iran including me suffer not getting match rewards aftar any type of matchmaking! do something, you've got many players and fans all over Iran so don't dissapoint your players and warriors as they have been playing this game since the begining.
