    hello this issue still persists for people in iran and from what i've seen crimea, i live in iran, this issue has been here since october. please be direct and honest if it's a technical issue or over US sanctions so at least i know if there's a point in waiting for this to be fixed. because it hasn't been fixed in over 4 months.
    thank you very much for your attention and help. and do keep us updated on this matter. i have made a support ticket and all i got was "this issue is under investigation". and no further communication.

    please get this to the devs and technical teams. thank you

    It's really funny that after 4 months they're saying:
    their teams are "investigating" the issue.
    Not fixing or find a solution No investigating.
    I mean what are they investigating.
    They know when the issue began and know exactly what is the problem and which regions have it.
    It's just a bug ubi just a bug.

    Yeah, i have an additional question: Why does it take more than FOUR MONTHS to " Investigate"?
    It's not rocket-science you know, well, maybe for you guys it is...
    It's probably fixed somewhere around 2025 lol. (not)

    Regrettably, we do not have an ETA for this issue to be fixed as we cannot speak for the complexity of the issue.

    Ok so i shouldn't expect the issue get fix anytime soon.
    But after THE FIX i really expext to get something frome ubi in the game.
    So while fixing it think about the rewards that you want to give us.
