    Servers responding too slow

    Hello guys! I have a problem and I'm not quite shure if anyone encountered it by now. For a few days when I play For Honor on my PS4 I select my daily missions and I press play, all good until now, after the match finishes when it's time to gain my reward and ex, it says that the servers are taking too long to respond and the reward will be added later. First day I sayd fine whatever, they'll fix it... But today after the halloween update that situation remained in place and my coins seemed to be the same amount as they were 2 days ago. If anyone can tell me what's going on, I would be so gratefull. Thanks a lot and good luck on the battlefield!

    Same here: green NAT but no rewards, somehow troops are deployed/Deployable, although not rewarded. There are some threads about it in comunity support forum about this as well.

    Ubisoft is sugesting clearing your cache/ DNS, but this hasn't helped it for me.

    i'm from iran,i can't get rewards for 2 days,faction war page says updating soon,so there is something wrong about servers.this might have something to do with lunching Ubisoft Connect

    Im From California and my NAT is green and on PS4. Four damn days and servers are still "slow". I really do not know what the problem is but please fix it. I want to earn my rewards and not wait for another day saying " the server is slow"

    Happening with me too, after the Halloween update, the game is losing connection to ubi servers frequently, rewards are not getting validated and sometimes in the menu nothing is being shown under GROUP, so I cant even matchmake, requirements not met error is coming up.

    (I posted this in the Bugs thread but I'll post it here as well for visibility.)

    I've been having the same issues. I'm in the U.S. I play PvAI only. My NAT is green and "Open". I play on PS4.

    Since the update or maintenance last Tuesday, at match end I get the "Retrieving data" splash screen, but it sits there a long time then changes to "We're sorry, but our servers are taking longer to respond than anticipated. Your rewards will be added automatically when the response comes in."

    My orders never update to reflect any progress and I never receive rewards. None of it ever updates, even the next day. It doesn't matter which game mode I play, the result is the same. I've tried rebooting the PS4 a few times. I was hoping with the Halloween event update it would be fixed. It isn't. It's quite frustrating. I play pretty much every day and I've barely touched the game since Tuesday.

    So, UBISOFT, you must be aware of the issue by now. Can you give us an acknowledgement of the issue and maybe an update as to what's being done to correct this? Thanks.
