    I also get this error, it's very confusing, why the game developers do not take any action to fix this problem. I have not been able to get any rank for 6 months. There is also this phrase in my map: it will be updated soon

    it for sure isn't from client's end, as someone else mentioned before in another thread "game checks the connection and loads up, we can run multiplayer we can join other players and do everything other players who don't have this problem can do we can't connect more than this",beside that, all the Iranians used to play the game with the same port forwarding, with the same connection, nothing's changed since then, i myself spent 3K hours on this game, how come i never had this problem, conclusion: it's coming from Ubisoft's end not client's.

    I have the same problem now. Just bought For Honor Complete, and my Champion Status is wasting because I get no progress and no loot.
    In before: I set up DMZ for my PC and NAT state is green in the game.
    What a shame. The game battle mechanics is great, but being unable to progress is frustrating.

    First of all on every game launch I get message that Faction War state is unavailable:

    Information about faction war is unavailable on the world map:

    After any network match game is trying to retrieve data and shows this message:

    And I get no any loot nor honor points. Also there are no any data updates about my game PvP progress in Ubisoft Connect app, just time I played game is updating:

    Also my Story mode progress were updated and I was able to gain loot at every story mode chapter completion, and I received enail with congratulations for defeating Apollyon.
