    faction war current state is unavailable

    Hi. I have this problem for 3 days now. when the game is connected to servers and goes to the main menu, this message pops up "faction war current state is unavaileble. troops cannot be deployed right now. please try again later".
    I can play the matches but I get no loot, no xp and no troops to deploy and I can't even see how is the current faction war map. I have verified my game files and reset the network settings of my pc but nothing is changed and my NAT is green btw. never had this problem before in these 3 years.

    same issue here since 3 days till now on ps4.
    l've changed my dns even but it doesnt work.

    I apologise for the delayed response. If you're encountering this issue, could you please first try our connectivity troubleshooting for your platform:
    - PC
    - PS4
    - Xbox

    If the issue persists after trying these steps, please could you open a support case with our team. You can reach our support teams here:
    - Open a Support case
    - Start a Live chat
    - Twitter and Facebook

    When opening a case, please include an image of your port forwarding, as well as the following system files:
    - DxDiag/MSinfo (for PC)
    - An image of your console settings (for PS4/Xbox)

    Yes, I have this same problem as well, and yes I live in Iran too but no matter how many times I open cases or contact Ubisoft you guys send me to the same kind of goose chase over and over again.
    If you ask for my opinion the people at Ubisoft have put a ban or some on all of us who live in Iran and they don't even tell us. Well, I'm not mad at all cause it's always been like this. either our own government bans something for us or we get banned from foreign sources cause of some stupid policy and all of that because we live in some kind of whacky third world country that no one cares about.
    I just wish you guys came to your senses and just let us play the game we paid for.
