From my tests, it does appear it's fixed, at least for consoles without a paid service. Account without PS Plus received rewards after my test matches. I am unsure about players in Sanctioned Countries like Iran though (can't test that at the moment). Unknown if that side of the problem has been fixed.Originally Posted by Amell13 Go to original post
There's still the issue that these players lost out on FOUR plus weeks worth of Exclusive Event gear, Regular gear drops, Steel earned, XP earned, Battlepass progression, Order completions (up to 36k steel), etc. And not once was the problem addressed by the For Honor Team.
YES! I can confirm that on PS4, without PS plus, rewards are comming in again, and orders are being completed!Originally Posted by Amell13 Go to original post![]()
I can confirm it's fixed, hopefully forever!Originally Posted by Bellicose1776 Go to original post
About the missed steel,XP, ect., in a good week i make on average 17.5k steel (I play ALOT), thats including orders, but excluding community-orders.
That totals to 70K steel over 4 weeks, and all the other stuff: Regular XP, weapons ect.
Would be nice and also fair to compensate us generously by now.
Thanks Bellicose1776 for your efforts to clarify this issue, and what caused it, i can't help thinking it had a possitive effect on todays outcome.![]()
No problem, I've done this before for many issues in the past. Their policy of silence on issues is a problem. This was an undocumented fix, the For Honor Team still hasn't even acknowledged there was an issue to begin with. I wouldn't keep my hopes up for any type of compensation after four weeks of missed content and rewards, until they do address it (if they do). I'm pretty disappointed in how the For Honor Team has been handling problems lately, very different from how they were two years ago.Originally Posted by SmoothSeparator Go to original post
Also, the fix hasn't been fully confirmed yet. I can only confirm PS4 in the NA Region. There's still Xbox to account for. Then there's still players in Sanctioned Countries like Iran that still needs to be checked, their problem was a bit more complicated as it involved all platforms (whole Country sets of IPs were locked out).
Glad it worked out for you. Hopefully it's the same for those others I listed.
