    It seems like a difficult issue to fix, because the problems encounterd seem very random:
    Some have there NAT switched to red, others still green ; Some still can deploy troops others don't; Some people report the war-map isn't getting updated, with me it still does.

    It's seems to be on all different platforms (Xbox, Playstation and PC)

    With regards to the rewards you should now have access to these, if this is not the case please let us know.

    With regards to connectivity can I check you have flushed DNS as suggested earlier?

    Same problems as all the other users, no party invites work and unknown nat type, coincidentally this all happened prior to your Halloween event patch. Have tried powering the console off and pulling the power cord for 30 seconds. Think this might be a problem on your end ubisoft

    No, still no rewards.
    I can log in the game, play my matches, have green NAT, but no rewards, still the same "Servers are taking too long to respond" message.
    Only after playing Arcade Mode i get the regular post-match reward screen strangely enough.

    This all happend after the maintenance on October 20th.
    I'm on PS4 in The Netherlands.

    I think this requiers further investigation from your side.

    If you are receiving a notification that your rewards will be granted to you later, rest assured you will still receive them. Our team are aware of this issue, and are investigating further.

    If you're encountering this issue, could you please first try our connectivity troubleshooting for your platform:
    - PC
    - PS4
    - Xbox

    If the issue persists after trying these steps, please could you open a support case with our team. You can reach our support teams here:
    - Open a Support case
    - Start a Live chat
    - Twitter and Facebook

    When opening a case, please include an image of your port forwarding, as well as the following system files:
    - DxDiag/MSinfo (for PC)
    - An image of your console settings (for PS4/Xbox)
