Same issue here.
I have tested, multiple connection methods, multiple ISP's tested and multiple computers tested all same error!
Same goes for my Girlfriend whom I just got in to Wildlands a week before this issue started and she's also on a different ISP![]()
Same here.
I do appreciate customer support attempting to reach out and offer suggestions of settings to verify/modify/update on my system, but in the end, it appears that NAT Status is Open once again without any of those suggestions actually being the one that did the trick.
In the end, all that matters is that the issue is resolved and hopefully NAT Status remains Open as it should, and we can all get back to our co-op dismantling of the cartel.
Glad to hear that this issue is resolved for you both now, BicepJr and righteousdude3. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the issue, and hope that you've been enjoying playing the game once again!
Gurren_MKII and others, can you please confirm if the issue is also resolved for you?
NAT Status Offline issue appears to have resurfaced today (Nov 25)
I and 3 other friends had the same issue yesterday (25 November 2020).
Notting did help and because we did read about ongoing maintenance on the GR Breakpoint services, we thought it was connected. But now I see there are also other online issus (store is slow, support website is down ...)
Do you have any fixes for xbox? I tried just about everything I can find and even Uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing was hoping to get back into this with my friends.

Welcome to the forums, when posting please consider creating a thread of your own rather than necro-ing older threads, as older information may no longer be relevant or applicable.
Sorry to hear you're having connection issues though, are you receiving the Tarija error?
And if you haven't done so already, please ensure you've given all of our Xbox Connectivity steps a try.
If there's then no change, please contact us directly via our Support Site or you can also reach us on Facebook and Twitter where we'll take a closer look.
Thank you!
