I had this crazy scenario where we encountered rogues on Lincoln memorial and one of them ran out of the level/mission. We chased him down and killed him but it botched the mission because when we ran back in it kept saying "defeat the rogue agents" even though we had killed them all. It forced us to restart the mission.

Last week a team of four of us had five Hunters spawn after clearing the top right checkpoint (above District Union). We thought they were Rogues but the name clearly identified them as Hunters and they almost instantly killed two of us. When we fired back at them they “poofed out of existence”.
Today we had five Rogues in NY that we fought for about 10 mins on Heroic world level. They were not too aggressive but they didn’t run either. We had two DPS (CC 60% and CD 198%) a Skill and Status builds. They spammed skills and healed a lot. They fought like “old Summit” Rogues on legendary with three directives on. It was a blast. I wish they would spawn more often.
