Trust me, black prior is the main problem when it comes to bash spam and stamina pause. Warden can be punished. Conq can be punished (except for his safe annoying zone that also needs a nerf).
Black prior has one of the safest bashes that even if he misses it, you still can't punish him with a GB because his recovery is way too fast.
Warmonger is also a problem because she can always charge her bash and feint GB you successfully every time. Warden has to be super close in order to pull such a hard feint into GB off and most of the time it would whiff if the opponent is simply back walking.
Tiandi has always been a problem because of the ballarina dancing that keeps him super safe. I think his ballarina dancing is worse than bash spam as it dodges literally everything and punishes you for even attempting to attack. He's an overtuned Vanguard with really powerful feats.

How about we all nerf every single warrior to almost no damage with super slow hits/bashes/feat activations/get only reflex like assassins and yada-yada. On PK's level ofcourse. That way we all will be equal. Honestly... I better quit. I just saw maybe two or three topics about this and it becomes slowly like a spam. I just won't type about nerfing this or that anymore.
Neither Conq or BP have frame advantage after bashes. Both of those are standard light finishers. Warmonger has frame advantage after her bash because it's a special punish by the games own rules and not considered a chain light finisher. Warlord's headbutt is the same in that it grants a special light punish. However he doesn't have frame advantage. His is frame neutral.
Far as i'm aware no other exceptions exist with bashes.
Cent's punch is now arguably the weakest charge bash in the game. After they fixed the jab that comes after a finisher anyone with a dodge attack can easily dodge attack it and also land a guaranteed heavy finisher. It's pretty crappy. When you combine that with having the shortest feint window compared to all other bashes it makes it quite easy to deal with when he's not getting it guaranteed in ganks. So I don't agree with asking for the nerf.
If the WM is always charging to bait for a dodge just start hitting her out of it. Warden is capable of the same thing and this is how you counter that. I find it humerous that you'd even attempt to argue that WM's charge bash situation is better than Warden's. Warden can physically move distances with his bash that no other bash can. Warmonger has nothing over Warden as far as it goes for bashes. Warden's shoulderbash is hands down superior in everything- you can do the same feint into guardbreak moves with it. It is funny you have no idea how to counter the same mixup your main is built around.
To OP: Black Prior's bashes are punishable- with a dodge bash it is a 100% consistent punish, with a dodge attack it is just usually fast enough. They are also quite low range. How are you above Gold V if you think BP's bashes are unpunishable? I just can't understand.
I don't agree with what you said about these 4 heroes.
The Warden does not need nerf.
The Warden is only decent in duels, while in other game modes it is weak as in Dominion.
Warden is the only Vanguard without soft feints, he has 0 hyper-armour to heavy attacks or Light Finishers and the Warden is very weak when it comes to stamina is drained the fastest and has barely 1 or 2 mix ups.
I would define the Warden in duel as a Tier between A+ and S, but I would not give it an S+ level or higher, as I consider this level only for unbeatable characters, which is not true as there are many people in our community who can beat it in duels. While in the game mode Domain or Breach is C Tier.
Highlander doesn't need nerf.
The developers have already said that you can both dodge and parry its light attacks and I wouldn't even call them fast since they are 500 ms, on average with all the heroes in the game. The only ones who complain are those who play on Consol.
The Berseker doesn't need Nerf.
Maybe you should just train. I personally can beat him 70% of the time.
The Warlord doesn't need Nerf.
I personally consider this hero to be a balanced hero.
