If Massive crit is what you want, just build a quality backfire build with hazard pro and bleed resistance that equal 98% or more. You can get 60/150 crit as base and then stack up to 200% more crit damage based on just hitting shots. Even the best dark winter build only gives you 60/210 with a 50 crit damage boost on kill.
It is pointless to use strained on high rpm weapons. Because you do not get strained to the max before the magazine runs out. for high rpm you should use optimistOriginally Posted by Sock_Monkey Go to original post

how about a MG5 with 100 bullets? that would do the trick procing strained , i used to have the Stoner LAMG with strained on my negotiator build , now i use it with ranger for a change but strained was wonderful for the gear set talent as i had about 170 bullets to fire with max strained on them.Originally Posted by Imagine_Brata Go to original post
I understand, of course, since Strained is time-based.Originally Posted by Imagine_Brata Go to original post
There's zero chance of CR being updated anyway, so I was just pie-in-the-sky wishing about what I would like on Cold Relations. It'll never happen, so what harm is it?

It works well with MG5. But many use a fasthand to get super fast reload speedOriginally Posted by N3mB0t Go to original post
