Uplay Clan XP stat capped at long int max (2,147,483,647)

The UPlay Division 2 stats (and related API made available by the Tracker Network at https://tracker.gg/) cannot register Clan XP higher than a signed long integer (2,147,483,647).

Proof: The worldwide leaderboards for all platforms have all players Clan XP converging but never exceeding 2,147,483,647: https://tracker.gg/division-2/leader.../XPClan?page=1

The stats are also visible (in a rather poor fashion) on the Ubisoft site, clicking on your profile icon > More Games > See More Stats

In addition, once a player reaches the Total Clan XP limitation, the PVE XP stat stops incrementing, even though it clearly has a higher maximum value, which is another defect. I know this because using the API front end at the Tracker Network (which uses the UPlay data as its source) I provide weekly stats for my clan mates, and since hitting the Clan XP cap, my own PVE XP has not gone up.

    Hello MrNosuch,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As this website is not associated with Ubisoft, can you please provide us with more details i.e. if your XP is being updated within Uplay?

As I wrote in the post, the issue also affects the stats on the UPlay site.

The stats are also visible (in a rather poor fashion) on the Ubisoft site, clicking on your profile icon > More Games > See More Stats
The stats on the official UPlay site are the same (wrong) ones that are shown on the Tracker Network, a site that has permission to use the Ubisoft API. The bad data is coming from UPlay.

Also, anyone with access to the Ubisoft Stats internally can easily verify what I report. Everyone in the system is is lower than the signed longed integer maximum for Clan XP.

    Ubi-Mark:

Can you acknowledge that this is an issue that needs addressing?

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

I've checked this up with the team.

Would it be possible to provide a clip in-game showing your stats before an after a mission?

We'll then pass this over to the team to look into it further.

    Thank you!

The Uplay screenshot at the start of the incident report was taken on October 20th, 2020 at 14:00 UTC for AngriestAlex (PSN) / MrNosuch (Uplay)

Clan Leaderboards reset this week on October 22nd, 2020 at 08:00 UTC. So AngriestAlex XP was reset to zero at this point in time.

This screenshot of the Clan Leaderboard was taken on October 23rd at 08:39 UTC, a full day after the clan leaderboard reset:

It clearly shows that AngriestAlex (MrNosuch on Uplay) earned over 5 million XP since October 22nd 08:00 UTC.

This Uplay screenshot was taken on October 23rd, 2020 at 08:19 UTC,.

Note that PvE XP and Clan XP is unchanged from the screenshot taken on October 20th, 2020 at 14:00 UTC. 5 million XP should be reflected, even with rounding down, which the UPlay web page uses.

I’ve got data captured for over 8 months for myself and clan mates taken using the TRN API which uses Uplay as its data source. The numbers from TRN are taken directly from the Uplay API which is made available to them, and match the numbers on the Uplay web site exactly.

From my data capture, I can see my PVE XP stopped incrementing at 646 million sometime on or after March 5th, 2020. The Clan XP stopped incrementing at 2146 million sometime on or after August 26th, 2020.

A full time series from January 29th 2020 until today is available here:

And FYI the XP earned on the clan leaderboard all took place last night, over 10 hours prior to the screenshot being made the following morning. So this isn't some timing or delay issue.

And as much as the Tracker Network is a third party site, the only source of stats for the Division 2 is the Uplay API. And this leaderboard of worldwide Division 2 players clan XP seems a bit weird, doesn't it? Notice my Clan XP is there, exactly (rounding down) matching what it has been on the Uplay site for months:

Paging around that leaderboard, not a single person is over the signed long integer maximum of 2,147,483,647. That's not a coincidence. A search of the Uplay database for Max XP would reveal the same pattern.
