So I bought a gaming laptop today and also discovered my 55" TV can run 60FPS in high detail.
The input latency is basically non existent and the refresh rate is actually good. ON MY 55" TV.
Wuuuuuuut.
Yeah. Damn straight.
I've already made a few light parries that literally aren't possible on current consoles due to input lag.
It's crazy what a difference I'm noticing.
Also. I feel really bad for all the players I am currently just obliterating. Since I'm playing on PC for the first time, I am being matched with a lot of new players and they don't even seem to know the basic principles of the game. I'm trying to dial it back but it isn't doing much. They just crumble before my godly might.
Anyways... anyone wanna play? Lol
I am interested. I should let you know, that because none of my friends actually play the game, I veeeeery rarely play pvp and therefore it sux playing alone and my gaming time became limited lately. I usually farm ez steel in pve and chill. I have nothing against PvP at all.
I also forgot to mention, that mouse fails me, when I change stances. I can never put my settings right for reasons unknown.
Oh dang. I just use my xbox controller lol.Originally Posted by Empire_880 Go to original post
I came from Xbox. I will be going back when I get an Xbox Series X.
For now, this feels better.
Question though.
Is cheating a thing on PC For Honor? I feel like I just faced a dude running an auto parry script.
Hmm. Guess I just need some time to adjust. LolOriginally Posted by Empire_880 Go to original post
You see frieza, you're not dealing with the average saiyan anymore. You've hit the peak of your power, when I'm oinly begin to tap into my man. FINALLY, I have fulfilled the legend and became THE LEGENDARY SUPAH SAIYAN!!Originally Posted by MrBdur Go to original post
Really getting those vibes from your post lol
Not really, it's rare to play against cheaters auto parry/dodge. The cheat you will face most of the time is latency but whatever… welcome to PC For Honor!Originally Posted by MrBdur Go to original post
Bahahaha yeah it definitely felt something like this.Originally Posted by WolfenTank Go to original post
Especially after 3.5 years on console with 2200 hours and 277 reps.
The only sad part is being level 0 with all my heroes.
The good thing is Xbox Series X will replicate the performance I am currently experiencing (or so they say) so when I eventually get one, that's where I'll most likely go.
Yeah the difference is quite night and day when input delay isn't bogging you down. With the current knowledge we have of the next gen systems (or at least the xbox ones) we should be seeing at a minimum around 67ms of input delay. Which is far more comparable to an average pc experience. And that's IF the devs don't decide to take full advantage of what those systems have to offer. Which i'm hoping they're doing since for the most part the graphics upgrade is just a porting of xbox one x settings. (which are not bad really but I was expecting better.)
