Lol. I wouldn't say Kensei is THAT bad. It's just his side dodge heavy that needs to be addressed. Just make it cover less distance, or make it slower, or something of the sort. Just riskier and less reliable.

It should take half his stamina, the damage should be reduced, and you should be able to guard break him as hes doing the dodge attack. If they did that, kensei would still be OP af, but at least you would actually be able to hit him finally

Make it morw vulnerable to gb? Absolutely. I agree.

The damage is fine, and Kensei isn't OP. It's just his side dodge heavy that makes him so annoying to fight against.

There are still worse heroes to deal with though.

Conqueror, Highlander, and Shugo are currently the most notorious for being the easy to win heroes.

I don't really hate Kensei per se. Just how the average player uses him which is dodge attack on indicator. It's a bit difficult to punish for a few reasons. But on pc it's not the big a deal since you can more easily react to people who just mash out with Kensei. Still can on Console too. Just need to be focused up.

I found kensei to be one of the most annoying heros as of late. I feel like he js broken. The light spam is OP for sure. It needs a damage or speed nerf. And the sidestep is way over used used. Hyper armor needs removing. If Tiandi and Jiang Jun cant side step (u-dive on tiandi) safely without being gaurd broken then Kensei shouldnt be able to either. It's as is ubisoft randomise their hyper armor properties. A cheap hero in my opinion these days

Before that, he was consistently considered to be balanced.

Either make Kenseis side dodge heavy like zhanhus, or make it slower and feintable.

For his light spam, maybe reduce how wide they swing and either remove HA from the finisher light, or make the HA light finisher a poke instead of a swing.

Stop crying and just play the game, raiders light spam and hyper armour is just as bad but your not moaning about that. hyper armour is the biggest issue invthe game but no one is crying about it.

Not necessarily. It can be very irritating, but if you check some of the strongest heroes like Black Prior, Conqueror, Warden and Warmonger, they either have literally no hyperarmor, or their hyperarmor only comes out in very specific circumstances, definetely not a way you can rely on it.


Raider is far weaker than Kensei.
