    Hey,
So I bought AC1 from Uplay and everytime I play it the textures are very weird throughout the whole game.

    Hey,

Thanks for the video and I'm sorry to hear that's happening. Please could you let us know your system specs and have you tried checking for any graphics drivers that need updating?

    Hi Kallabang!
Do you have the same problem after verifying the game files?

I've tried verifying files and reinstalling multiple times and I'm still having this problem the details load in stuff like cutscenes but otherwise it doesn't if it involves compatibility or directx version how do I fix it?

Hey Liquify_, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this.

First and foremost, can I just double-check what graphics card are you using?

If it happens to be Nvidia, it has been reported by some players that using older driver update version can help to resolve this, as it seem to be mostly affecting after the newly released updates.

    Let us know!

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I have a nvidia RTX 2060m, there is a way to play it without install older driver version? I'm playing other games too and this could make troubles. Thanks

@ Ringil_93 - using an older driver is only a workaround to the issue.

Could you please reach out to us via the support website by opening a live chat session or through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter so we can look into this for you?
