Hi,
I bought the PS4 version of AC: Valhalla Gold Edition (as it will work on the PS5 with a free upgrade) but there's no way I'm playing it on the PS4 if the saves don't cross over. Not a chance. I was hoping to get "a head start" before the PS5 launches, and then continue on from there but the chances are very slim. I'm worried. Can anyone clear this up for us? Even ask Darby or something? Because it really does need clearing up. It's confusing. I know the Watch Dogs: Legion saves crosses over from PS4 to PS5 (confirmed on twitter by the official account, see here https://twitter.com/watchdogsgame/st...63993255751680) but nothing on Valhalla which is very, very odd.
There is this thread on this forum that says that the save gave will transfer, although they couldn't site exactly where they got the information.

I think you misread the thread. As far as I can see it only concludes that save games carry over for xbox (a source is btw. provided). The thread, aka. my other post in it, also very explicitely states that we can't now for sure if save games carry over for playstation since we haven't received any information on that yet....Originally Posted by binskies Go to original post
