    Fix Blocking / Parrying!!!

I'm a returning For Honor fighter, and believe me when I say I know I'm good. I have a Prestige 30 Orochi. I'm not sure what this is. It could be the removal of something called "timesnap". In any case, here's the issue:

I'm failing to block / parry attacks I KNOW and DEFINITELY SEE coming. I time it PERFECTLY just like I always have, but I either miss the block / parry and I take the damage completely.

I'm failing to block / parry attacks that have NOT been altered in speed.

Should a Prestige 30 Orochi be failing approximately 30% of all block attempts and about 50-70% of all parry attempts on attacks they've seen and countered countless times?!?! Especially when they CLEARLY see the attack coming?!?!?!

Even when I DO parry, it feels odd, as if the game assisted me, rather than me doing so on my own. That's how peculiar it feels.

This is NOT a matter of skill or lag, but game mechanics. This is a MAJOR issue, is completely unfair, and needs to be fixed. I've even tested this in the Training Arena, and something is DEFINITELY off. If anyone else is having the same issue or knows a fix, please notify.

I agree with you. I see this many times during fight. I reported this at For Honor support but they always need more evidence - copy paste answer like "who cares".

Please rate my post so we can get their attention.

This is literally making the game unplayable.

They will never change it because of community. Ubisoft never do that.... just look on this forum. Look back at the beginning. Only the first page of this forum is filled with positive posts. After that 90% of the posts are only complains and asking for changes. This game is dead because numbers are in red for long time.

If you are a returning player. Go back to training mode and get your training wheels on. Meaning you should opt in for the visual help to see where the parry window lies now. It has been changed (got shorter). You are probably used to parrying at a later time so you would need to readjust. You are not the only one the 100 ms hidden indicator gives a harder time but it also leads to more offense output and even heavies that not are parried every single time they are thrown out, especially since they also received a feint overwhaul which makes it more of a guess if the attack is going to be feinted or not as the feint happens later in the animation than before and is less visually supported.

It is a matter of skill. Try to adapt a bit more and get used to the fact that you won't be able to defend against everything.

Clearly you didn't read my post carefully. It's not just parrying but also blocking. I clearly see an attack coming and guard in that direction, but approximately 30% of the time it still goes through my block. It's not a matter of skill, it's time snap. My blocking and parrying windows are different for each game too, it's not consistent. It's not a matter of skill, but Ubisoft needs to fix their game.
