    I cannot enable HDR

So since Ubisoft has stopped giving any sort official support for their games, I have decided to post this here, hoping somebody has a solution.

I am unable to turn on HDR. In the options menu it just says N/A on the option, and even give me a option to change it.

Now I have Nvidia 2080 RTX(Asus), and Acer Predator XB3(XB273K GP) monitor, which has HDR400 certification.
And I have turned on the HDR in Windows 10, and still I am unable turn on HDR.

    Does anybody have any ideas?

Hey CainStar, we're more than happy to help you out with this. Obvious question(s) first: Are your drivers up to date, and does HDR work in other games? Are you running the game in full screen or borderless?

Just update to the lastest drivers from Nvidia(which were only one "versio number" old, so can't see how that would have mattered), and yes HDR does work in other games. The "other game" is Star Wars Battlefront 2(yes the new one), and ofcourse I play at Full Screen. Also I wanted to try if I could enable HDR in Assassins Creed Odyssey, and not only were the HDR options grey out, a.k.a not even changable, but the AC:O doesn't even scale properly for my screen. Width size is right but height is all wrong. The game "occupies" maybe 50% of my screen, will not fill the screen properly even if I try change resolution. I can see the difference in graphics quality when raise the resolution, but aspect ration stays the same meaning it only "occupies" 50% of my screen in height. And yes the aspect ratio option show the right aspect which for my screen is 16:9.

Hmm, that does sound like something's up with the game if it isn't even occupying your screen properly. Could you try verifying the game files, performing a clean boot and testing again?

Did both procedures and nothing changed. Still I can't enable HDR in FarCry 5, nor can I get AC:Odyssey to work full screen(Huge black bars top and bottom of the screen). And with that said I don't even see(with 20 years of experience with computers and gaming) how those procedures were even going to accomplish anything. If you are going to make me just jump around some hoops, to make feel like I am being helped, please stop. I did this "run around" 2 months ago with your support, when I got granite-20000 error playing FarCry5, after I started the VERY LAST MISSION, and lost 37h of game progress. Contact somebody who actually knows what I am talking about, and how to fix it, and put down that company "run around" checklist thing that DOESN'T HELP ANYONE.

P.S This is not a personal attack against you Ubi-Spud, I know you are "trying" to help, but this is a "comment" on how Ubisoft conducts its support and business!

P.P.S After configuring around for 2h, and not I was not able to fix either of the problems, I can safely say that atleast the Odyssey problem is a problem with the aspect ratio. But I doubt nothing gets fixed since there number of threads at the Odyssey forum about this, and so far nothing has been fixed.
