Error Screen on login in Quest 2
I've been having the same issue, I had a helpful Ubisoft Agent yesterday and asked for information, promised to get back to me and they did. When I returned the information today and started a chat, I got a very unhelpful agent who insisted this issue was first reported to them and their development team yesterday so there hasn't been time to do anything yet and to check the forums. When I looked at the forums and tell them that I can see this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time I got dismissed again. Ubi-Copper you were great.

My Solution. Hope it helps.
Purchased Oculus Quest 2.
Purchased Star Trek: Bridge Crew
During the game launch it showed the message. "must have an ubisoft club account"
- created the ubisoft account. installed the mobile app on the same phone as my oculus app.
- Logged into both apps.
It eventually ended upon a screen with "Oculus Login not enabled for this AppID"
I went to Ubisoft Support. After back and forth, they told me it was Oculus
I went to Oculus. After back and forth, they told me it was Ubisoft
Eventually, I just asked for a refund. And was granted it.
Then I decided to try and go back into ubisoft desktop and walk through the process all over again.
When I finally got to the point of linking my facebook account. I got an email confirming the accounts were linked.
"WHAT? I NEVER GOT THAT BEFORE." even though I went through the same exact process.
So I repurchased the app and BOOM it all worked.
I can only infer that the connecting process had to happen before the purchase. Something about having the linkage in-place before I bought the app through the oculus store made it work.

Hello there Naurilu.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble staying logged in to access Star Trek: Bridge Crew.
Could we confirm you've been able to follow the steps outlined in our setup guide here? As part of this setup, you'll need your PC activation key. More information on this can be found here.
Please let us know if you require any guidance with these steps, or if the issue persist after completing them.
Thank you.
