    Cant connect

Just got the game on oculus quest 2 and got to the screen where you have to link your Uplay account, when I click A it brings up the browser and I select "link my account" and then it just spins.. and spins.. and spins. I went online and linked my Uplay and oculus accounts outside of the quest 2 and both say they are attached but still when I try it in the game on the quest it does the same thing. I am very confused please help.

Everyone who owns a Quest 2 is having the same problem. I spoke with customer support but Ubisoft are denying that it's their fault. Quest 1 users also had a similar issue just a few months ago. I've been trying to play for three days straight and I can't even get to the main menu

Hi all! Thank you both for coming here about this issue.

Since you both are playing with the Oculus Quest 2, can you please answer the following?

    - Are you transferring from using the Oculus Rift/Quest to playing with the Oculus Quest 2
    - If no, can you confirm that this your first time activating Star Trek: Bridge Crew with the Oculus Quest 2
    - If you are using the Oculus Quest 2, are you using the Quest Link to activate it with the Smartphone App?
    - Have you already tried these linking steps here?

Linking Oculus Quest 2 account to Ubisoft Club... Solved

Install the app "Ubisoft Club" onto your phone and log on. From your Quest 2 start "Star Trek Bridge Crew" follow the prompts to link your Oculus and Ubisoft account.
In the browser were it once stalled it will now finish linking your accounts and you can play the game!

The work around didn't work for me. I'm still stuck on the call back webpage and can't get passed it.

    Nope

There is no app called "UbiSoft Club" in the app store. There is a connect app but it is worthless crap. I'm going to just skip Ubi games!!! Everyone is having issues and they don't want to resolve the bug's or make any effort to not make the process easy. It is just crazy to force people to download an app to link account because they don't know how to code their own software. If they cared they would read the reviews and actually fix the crap rather then expect users to spend hours on their work around. Looked like bridge crew would be a fun game but it is not worth the 2 hours I put in already and still cannot link the accounts because of their crap software.
