This Problem has been going on for ever since the Sam Feature got Launched, I have it with, Far cry 5, Assassins Creed Odyssey, The division, The Division 2, Ghost Recon Breakpoint Basicly All the games that Support Daily Logins From Sam.
I never got a single 1 of those Contacted Ubisoft Support Multiple times but they Never were able to solve the Problem, All My Devices are Up to date Accounts are Linked And Notifications Are on, That is why i have no idea why i am not receiving Daily Logins Whenever i log into 1 of the Supported games.

Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you have been unable to redeem these rewards using the Sam app. If possible could you confirm whether you receive any error messages while attempting to redeem these rewards or if the app shows these as redeemed but just does not show in your game inventory.?

I also may Note I tried it out on Different Devices From Samsung Galaxy Phones and Apple Iphones but none work with everytime all the Notifications on.
In the Past I Made the Issue known to Ubisoft Support for example when i was Not receiving Daily Logins for AC Odyssey They were able to Manually Unlock Sam's Axe for me, This is nice of course but the Feature should just work on its own And not everytime when a new Ubisoft Game comes out that Supports Sam Daily Login I need to go to Ubisoft Support to ask if they wanna Unlock The Reward That Sam gives you Through Daily Login.
I am not able to get the Sam Gear Patch From Ghost Recon Breakpoint, for the other Sam Rewards For Example Sam's Axe in AC Odyssey i already Contacted Ubisoft And they already Unlocked and added that To my account Manually.Originally Posted by UbiExcellent Go to original post
Next month when i am getting PS5 I am afraid that i will need to contact Ubisoft again for The upcoming Games Like AC Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, Immortals Fenyx Rising and Far Cry 6 that i still dont receive daily Logins from Sam.
FYI i had the problem on my Previous Phone, I have the Problem on my current phone what are both Samsung so i tried it on my Friends Phone she has Iphone and It still doenst work so i know it is a glitch within Sam And not the Phone that i use.
