Can't link oculus quest account in Star Trek Bridge Crew

Recently brought Star Trek Bridge crew for the oculus quest 2, but in order to even run the game it demands that you link a Ubisoft account. I follow the pop-up to link my Facebook account but the logo just gets stuck in a loop, rendering the game completely unplayable. Absolutely frustrating. I've already tried resetting the device and closing the game multiple times with no luck

I have the exact same issue. It ask to link my account and then opens another Ubisoft page that is black and white with a pulsating Ubisoft Icon but does not go past that. Others in the past from what I saw online suggest rebooting the device and restarting the app. I have done that several times and it has not worked.

At least it's not just me who's having this issue. Tried reaching out to Ubisoft support on Twitter but I haven't received any word. I waited a whole day and it's still not working. I'm not sure if they're even aware of the issue

Having the exact same issue as described at the start of this thread. I have rebooted the device and app several times, no luck. Tried first thing this morning but still no dice. I have also noted that each time I attempt to connect my router is knocked off-line. Coincidence? That might be something to observe when I get home. At the time I didn’t think anything of it and rebooted the router.

    disgusting!!!!!!

unbelievable that noone from ubisoft feels responsible for this issue. are they all getting knocked out by that? not a good sign of service quality actually. will there be a solution in the future or just a workaround? please give me an answer 🤔

I've also been speaking to other players who are struggling to play Bridge Crew on the Oculus Quest 2. Apparently Ubisoft Support are claiming that it's Oculus' problem, and Oculus are claiming that it's a problem on Ubisoft's end, so at this stage I'm completely lost.

It seems that people were having the exact same issue on the original Oculus Quest months ago so this is nothing new. You'd expect that Ubisoft would be able to fix it after all this time

Same problem here. Just sits stuck in the browser with a URL like https://connect.ubisoft.com/oculus-callback#[base64_string].

I entered support tickets with both Ubisoft and Oculus and neither provided assistance that worked.

    Very frustrating.

    Same issue here

Quest 2. I have STBC on steam, oculus rift s and now Quest 2. Only having issues on the Quest 2. My oculus and ubisoft accounts are already linked and yet I get the endless logo animation. Tried unlinking. Tried uninstalling. Tried rebooting the Quest 2. Nothing works.
