Are you still having this issue? When did it start for you?

Yes, it's still an issue. Since the start of the new season I've noticed it.

I can still place my flag outside of matches and have my troops auto deployed there but say I just finished a duel and I want to rematch or find a new opponent. I cannot change where I want to deploy troops there anymore. I would have to exit out, and plant my flag elsewhere first. The flag is my only means of choosing where to deploy currently.

    Xbox One.

Go play a match on Xbox, and after you're done, click "deploy troops" from the rematch screen. Try changing your deployment location.

Its the same for PS4 & has been like that since CCU update. It locks to where you cant change flag location or select any other zone after a match. You can only change troops position on war map from home screen by hitting R2.

    Weird glitch.

I'm having the same issue on PS4. I can't move around the map other than one area or segment.
