That's kind of hard to pick as it varies depending on the hero i'm currently playing. Like if I don't have a neutral bash Goki is annoying. If I play a hero who can't punish dodge attacks outside of parry bait or relies on charge based offense gladiator is infuriating. If I play a hero who doesn't have undodgables than a few heros become a chore since weapon hitboxes/range are inconsistent at catching people who auto dodge out of combos.

Though...if I had to pick one hero I absolutely have a bad match against 9 out of 10 times it's probably conq. At least when I fight a dodge happy kensei certain heros can overcome certain annoyances that I have about the kit. But with conq combos really don't exist against him. If you have a decent bash it's just a game of who baits a dodge out of who more. If you have armored unblockables you might be able to open that can of option selects. But doing it enough to kill them? Not guaranteed. I'm also not a fan of his infinite chain. There's actually nothing OP about it. But his chain lights are some of the worst offenders when it comes to janky animations.

If shinobi wasn't in the game Conq would 100% be my top pick for a rework or at least major revisit. He's historically never been a fun hero to play against wether he was meta at the time or not. And at least for me he's never been really enjoyable to play as either. Which hurts me a lot as I really love his weapon. And there are aspects about his kit that I enjoy. The infinite combo for instance is a very good play on the weapon being based around momentum. I also LOVE the flail uppercut. And as much as the zone gets ragged on I really like it's concept. I really don't take issue with having some heros that are more defensive oriented.

It's just the way he goes about it and how he benefits the most from the game not having an input cleaner that makes his gameplay as rubbish as it is.

Well, looks like Shugo and Conqueror are universally hated (not a big surprise).

I tried to main Conqueror back in Y1, and I sometimes revisit him, but the devs had no idea what the hell are they even creating. The Hardhitter for one of the lowest damage heroes is still one of the worst jokes (and it is not even because of the reworks, his heavies dealt less damage than the damage requirement to get off that last regenerating hp bar), and they couldn't understand how impossible it is to break him up if he just sits there waiting. Oh, and I yet to see any use for the charged heavy outside some very situational team fights scenarios. When was the last time anyone was hit by it?

Really everyone just hates shugoki, because playing him makes life easier. U can pick him and just sit back(literally) and enjoy. Whenever u make a mistake, it feels u have to fight him 2× or 3x times.
But the surprising thing is, I think his pick rate compared to some other characters is lower, I dont know why. Everytime in dominion I go and see that lump of fat, standing in one of the zones and i am alone, all the joy of the game gets sapped from me😆😆

I just hate that he gets the superior block on his zone. Thats literally the only thing that makes him OP for duels. You answer almost all inputs with a zone attack and win.

The rest of his kit is only a problem because I'm CONSTANTLY waiting for the zone counter. Its dumb.

Personally the abundance of superior block in his kit is what bothers me. I'd love it if he didn't have it on his side dodges. Maybe removing it from his heavies.

Conqueror Shugoki and JJ in that order.
Conqueror is OP in duels for me. Not saying he is the best but close. Also my main PK strugles alot with the match up.
Shugo because you need 2 brain cells to pull a win against someone way better just with 2 good or lucky reads.

Add Kensei to the list. Insane light spam. Not sure about hm dmg he has but without knowing the numbers right now, ill say that too much, considering his reach speed also.
That added to a decent kit

Yeah for the longest time many considered Kensei the standard for balance but more and more recently I find him quite problematic. He's always had a fairly high pick rate I assume but lately I see at least 1 in each dom match usually 2 and often 3 and it is hella irritating. It mostly depends on who I am using but lately I have been working on leveling my Hitokiri and its just terrible fighting Kensei. He pretty much nullifys the kick/gb mixup because unless the Kensei delays the side dodge heavy it appears there is virtually or possibly NO guard break window whatsoever and I find his side dodge heavy in general lately far too safe for too many situations. Only drawback is it cant be cancelled and can be easily baited but the ability to delay it is quite variable. In 4s, especially while on the receiving end of a gank his endless soft feint options can be so frustrating to deal with especially if the Kensei is not the targeted hero.

Fully agreed, and I'm a Kensei main LOL

For a looooong long time Kensei was considered one of the most balanced heroes, but I've noticed he's become a bit cheap since the CCU.

I hate it because I was always so proud to do so well consistently with such a well balanced hero. Oh well... lol
