    Thank you for providing this feedback, we appreciate you wishing to provide this report regarding inappropriate behaviors in game, however as noted above, I have removed the player name as this goes against our "Name & Shame" forum policy.

    Don't know how relevant this is anymore, but just to explain the Reputation difference:
    The Overall-Rep gets updated after you leave the lobby you're currently in.
    So for example when you (Overall Rep 10) start playing matches with your Rep 10/Level 20 character and Rep-up to Rep 11 after the match, your displayed overall-Rep will stay at 10, while your hero's Rep will be displayed as 11 - as long as you stay in the same lobby. Getting thrown back to matchmaking or leaving the lobby manually updates the overall-Rep.
    This has nothing to do with hacking, it's just a cosmetic thing. Hope this helps to clear things up for you.
