    Please fix the connectivity issues

    Ever since a certain point several months ago, connectivity has been a real problem. My partner and I get error "0_1" way too often trying to start the game, and nothing changed in our setup or networking. Before that, we could always just both start up the game and play. It has been months and we still can't reliably start the game. Besides that our config hasn't changed, the game NEVER successfully connects if it has a problem. If it doesn't work the first time after starting it, then it simply will not connect until at least exiting the game and restarting Uplay entirely. Even that won't guarantee the connection works: the game just definitely will not connect unless we do all of that.

    I don't know what you broke, but please fix it. The game takes FAR too long to start to have to try it over and over because I was hoping to play a game I paid for. Yet again today, one of us finished their summit events and contracts before the other's game will even get working. That is ridiculous, and certainly not why we bought two copies to play!

    The fact that finally getting the game to connect can still leave me unable to activate anything in a headquarters so I have to restart the game for that just exacerbates the pain of getting a play in. We shouldn't be having to dodge TWO restart-requiring issues to get this flaky heap of junk going.

    Sorry to hear that you and your partner are encountering connectivity issues. I understand that nothing has changed in your network however as a first point of troubleshooting we must ask that you complete all of the steps from our connectivity troubleshooting guide.

    Could you also let us know your upload and download speed

    In regard to the HQ issue I have responded to your other thread.
