    Keep getting disconnected today

    I have been continually getting disconnected today. Im on XBOX One - rebooted my system but still continue to have issues. No issues with other games so doesn't appear to be on my end. No pattern on cause - I have been in groups, out of groups, in New York, and in DC

    Hey Yellowtail3213! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these disconnects on your Xbox One. Are you seeing a specific error code when this happens? If so, please let me know what code you're seeing. In the meantime, please complete our connectivity guide, as these steps were created with the intention of optimizing a player's current connection to The Division 2 on the Xbox One. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with your internet, but it can ensure that the correct pathways are open, which will allow you to connect to this particular game.

    Still Issues

    I went through your connections support still havings issues. I am constantly being disconnected - booted out several times again today. As mentioned this is not occurring in other games. No error screen just boots me out to the starting screen. Very frustrating I am a long time player and cant even stand to play now since I constan tly have to go through game restart

    Ah, I'm sorry that this issue is still occurring even after going through all of those steps! Could you please send us a screenshot of your port forwarding settings via a ticket and we'll see what else we can suggest?
