At this point I'm surprised they still have big plans for the game.

For Honor Y4 has been a massive snooze fest in my opinion, so it's good to see they still have things in store for us.

Maybe we could see crossplay between pc and next gen? Who knows?

But until then I probably won't properly pick up the game again. I just haven't found the motivation.

Well, you still have to be a good player. Just because you're on PC doesn't mean you are better. Sometimes people make to much of tech specs when in reality they only matter in the highest bracket of play.

Mark my words, we are still going to see complaints about spamming attacks.

Of course personal skill plays a huge factor. It's not like the worst PC player is better than the Number 1 console player.

I just meant that between two equally skilled players, the PC player has the edge due to things like FPS, refresh rates (for smaller monitors, that is) and little to zero input lag.

Next Gen Xbox, when paired with HDMI 2.1 tvs, will be able to mirror the same high grade pc standard on a big, living room television.

60fps, fast refresh rates, and little to zero input lag. Edge-wise, they will be more or less equal.

Also, yeah there will always be complaints of spamming. It's not an easy game. Anyone who can't deal will complain.

No crossplay confirmed yet, but it could still be on its way. They would have to either cap PC For Honor at 60fps, or allow console to go even further to 120fps. Otherwise, PC still has the edge. If they normalize the game between all platforms, then crossplay is fair.

Do you guys think they will update the software essentially making FH 60fps for PS4 & XBOX too? Or will this be a separate installation on next gen consoles?

MrBdur I actually play on a monitor in ranked duels...is not like I did not think about it
big *** tv is only for casual play...it has 22 ms of input delay in game mode but is good colors are amazing.
I know about hdmi2.1, is not that novel but the thing is as you said the tv´s, many will need to do the upgrade
I think the series S would do the trick for me, here consoles costs triple, already repaired my gaming PC I´m short of money.

If they will do it or not we will see xbox new series will be a powerful console they have everything they need, I hope yes even with just the control reduction of delay I will be happy. They said 60 fps is a sure thing but later, first they will add the textures and shadings, fashion in for honor will have an enormous boost, many people will be pleased just by looking their mains lol

I think this is separated, unless they add an option for a downgrade in graphics so current gen is capable to run as fast as 60 fps. Very Unlikely.

It seems to be a selling point of "Next Gen For Honor" so I seriously doubt they will add it to current gen.

Pretty sure current gen is locked at 30 due to limits in the tech.

Very good point. In order to take advantage of the hdmi 2.1 for PC monitor quality on a big tv, a new tv will have to bought.

This game wont be a playable for PS4 if it will play with new gen consoles. Better get that PS5
