10 items with 1 guaranteed named (if you are in a group of 4) is super rewarding. most of them are godrolled for meOriginally Posted by KassielOs Go to original post
I tend to lose in a straight up fight with Rogue agents (say in a mission interlude), but I wouldn't want them turned off - that special music starting makes my day.
Rogues spawning at Control Points on the other hand are great. Yes, they are dangerous, but with plenty of civilians keeping them occupied I can usually get those hits in fast.
Loot drops aren't bad, only this morning I got a god rolled Nightwatcher from one of them.
At check point they are easy as pie, heroic with 4 directives. I burn 'em down with fire sticky bomb and EP.Originally Posted by RadioNationale Go to original post
Well, no offence, but it's not. In the same amount of time you can takeover at least one level 4 control point where you are more rewarded than by 4-5 rogues. If some patrols and/or convoys join the party there will be more rewards, quite often even exotics, depending on targeted loot.Originally Posted by Merlinsdragon1 Go to original post
And you can't compare a situation in which 5 rogues spawns at control points where you have 5 vs 12 agents + civilians, with situation in a mission, for example, where you have 5 overpowered/overskilled rogues that benefit of all advantages in game vs 4 overwhelmed agents that "benefit" of all limitations in game.
Not to mention that civilians only equipped with a low tier vest can tank way more effective against NPCs, rogues included, than us that are dressed in cardboard and toilet paper. In an open world 1 vs 1 situation with a rogue you can stand at most 5 seconds before you are disintegrated, if you don't have some cover.
that is why it exists normal/hard/challangeOriginally Posted by Merlinsdragon1 Go to original post
I remember getting done like this on Grand Washington. There was some NPCs hanging around and in my infinite wisdom I thought I'd start the mission and kill the three that run out and run inside and be safe. Nope! the NPCs followed me in and killed me. I sometimes wish I was brighter.Originally Posted by mckrackin5324 Go to original post
I couldn't agree more with what darkzone.RO said. But I found out that the only build, for me, to encounter Rogues (even solo) is the Striker Drone & Assault Turret T6 skill build. Everything else just sent me straight on my back. I just hate their spot-on accuracy, full immunity, godlike armor & nuke-per-round design. Not even players in DZ/Conflict are that strong.
