If this past year has taught you anything Hugo, it should be don't diss the raid. LOL.Originally Posted by Hugo-FOU Go to original post
Honestly, I have no interest in any of their upcoming games, from what I have seen of them they lack quality on first impressions, and I just don't see any appeal in them as titles.Originally Posted by Oompa--Loompa. Go to original post
And after breakpoint no matter what Ubi game it is I have learnt my lesson to never preorder from them again.

What's wrong with these character's faces, for crying out loud?!
Ironically today I've deleted Breakpoint from my PC as I needed space for BG3... and that was the last Ubisoft game I had on my machines - first time within a decade? That I have no game from them installed on any laptop.
But to be honest, Watch Dogs would never be a game that I would have bought. I got a free copy of the first one, I don't think I've played even 10h. Not my game to begin with.
I think what is missing here is the size of the gap in difference. Where games before GRBP and others had some smaller more subtle differing opinions, BP, TD2, Valhalla then jump to Star Wars TLJ, TROS, etc have seen such a HUGE difference in opinions and fighting. Civility existed as I said because these studios didn't follow either political, ideological, sjw or just simply ignoring the communities posts. Sure they follow Twitter outrage mobs but not those who beg and plead. Does this make sense at all? Or perhaps the rift has always been in the gaming community and social media has only amplified it to a new level?Originally Posted by WildTroup21 Go to original post
I was on the fence when it first came out but I did like the first one and the second to an extent. .....but having seen this last iteration and just how futuristic and wild it is, it's not my cup of tea. However, I will be buying Cyberpunk 2077 even though the genre (in regard to games) doesn't really excite me. .....but then we're talking about CDPR (not Ubi) so I know the gameplay experience will likely be one I'll enjoy regardless.Originally Posted by biomag83 Go to original post
Wow, Ubisoft is heading for a self inflected collapse. At what point could they possibly imagine this to be a good idea?
Raid in Breakpoint was really not well received for very good reasons, so bad that Ubisoft scrapped the 2nd Raid... now they basically take the same approach with the same mechanics, only a different game. Mark the words, this is going to be a backlash to them once again.
WD with Aiden Pearce was just a great game for me. WD 2 - an adventure of stupid clowns, absolutely not serious, in which young hipsters and geeks kill everyone just because. WD3 is not even going to buy. I like the setting, but the old killer grandmothers, as well as the concept of recruiting a team from any npc, do not. Why does Ubisoft so persistently translate serious stories of the first games into clowning in the series ' sequels?!
