    Game keeps crashing

    Hello Ubisoft

    My game keeps crashing.
    First my game pauses a little bit but then it just crashes.
    No notification or anything.

    Do u know why?

    Hey,

    Sorry to hear the game is crashing. Does it crash to the desktop or just freeze?

    When you say it's only happening to DLC characters, do you mean it happens at the selection part, or when you get into the game with them?

    And it's ones you unlocked with the Year Pass? Or did you buy them in game?

    It crashes to desktop when im still selecting the (paid with renown) character.

    characters like Lesion, Frost... but not attacking characters like Nomad.
    I know its very weird

    Thank you for that information, OceaN_Man_19! Have you tried verifying the game's files in Steam? As there have been some recent updates for Siege, this would be good to complete as it will ensure everything required for the game is installed properly. It'll also replace any missing or corrupted game files that may have popped up and started causing this crashing! You could also try running the game as an administrator to see if that makes any improvements.

    Strange. Please can you just try the steps found here first, but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

    Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.
