Bug with ads resulting in missed legendary | Forums

Hi there,

Today on my account 4taldu on IOS I won a pvp match, resulting in me getting a locker screen that to my joy had a legendary. Mintberry crunch.

I watched the ad to get the free 4th locker and was planning to get all lockers neccesary to get the legend.

result? After the ad everything froze.

I would really like to be comped 1 mintberry crunch.

Dear Toller,

I have decided to just direct my concern to you directly, since you at least seem to be active.

Yesterday aforementioned issue popped up for me, and since a legendary in general seems to be something you get once per month it is something that kind of hurts.

I posted on here, and I submitted an official support ticket. It has been almost 24 hours so I decided to check why I was getting 0 response.

It seems that my support ticket has been closed as "closed duplicate" without any communication, let alone a mention of what it might duplicate.

In the past I have had contact with ubisoft support for something similar and in that case support has been much quicker, customer oriented and generally more helpful.

So far this has been a very dissapointing experience. I do hope that perhaps you can make this right.


As mentioned before I can submit proof of the issue in pm if needed.

Update: I was able to get a hold of someone from customer support in a live chat support call complaining about the way support was auto-closing the tickets. Initial issue should now be looked at. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

After about 1 work week still absolutely no response. Other than an open ticket that is being ignored without any communication.
