Need 220 more points for 100% medical upgrade

As above but there is only one green encounter showing on map, which requires a level 4 filter, as it's in a contaminated zone,
To unlock and get a level 4 filter I need to get the 220 more points to reach the 400 to get the 100% medical wing, I can get neither as it stands. Does the map regenerate to give different medical requirement encounters .Thanks, PS this last 220 is my last Base requirement then all 3 will be 100%

Look at the Safe Houses. I'll bet there are missions that have not yet been obtained. In the map view, it will show a light lime green(ish) pentagon near it. Also make sure you've spoken to all the people in the base, but I am betting it is most likely the safehouses. By the time you are done with the game, you'll have a few hundred excess points that you don't have any use for.

Thanks, up to level 29 now, will check out the safe houses for the green encounter logo.
When I do get to level 30, does the game change much,
Yes the right side of the map is a more hostile area, tougher enemy's.

I think most will agree, that when you hit level 30 (and specifically when you get to WT5) is when the game gets the most fun. You can finally start making some builds since you won't be equipping the highest level stuff you have. You can start to use the gear set items to focus the way you play.
I will make the suggestion is that once you hit 30, try to group up with some 256+ level players and run a few things so you can get the drops (maybe they'll share if you ask) so that you can skip the grind from WT0 and go straight to WT5. Plus, a Global Event has started so you want to take full advantage of them. I have said, probably on another one of your threads, that there is no better activity in the game where you reach such a high rewards vs the amount of game play. Combining a GE along with a boss run and you'll get a decent load out fairly quickly. Once you get GE credits, I'd recommend buying the 1500 caches instead of the $3k. The reason is you'll get slightly more classified items on average and they'll be from any of the featured gear sets. You can also get a bonus cache item occasionally that can be exotics and such too. Once you start getting close to completing a desired set, THEN go for the $3k ones to focus on finishing those up The $3k ones do give a small amount of Div Tech too. I think it varies something like ~20-40 per container.

Thanks, yes I opened up 2 safe houses in the north east of the map, which in turn opened up more events and side missions, bloody he'll, the white camo'd enemy are everywhere I turn, and just when your getting through them more turn up, great fun to try and work out a strategy to nail them. And boy can they take a bullet.

Last Man Battalion, or LMB. Yeah, they are kinda tough. Those arent even the worst versions of them. There are all white versions of them in the West Side Piers that are even meaner. Move faster, do a TON of damage in melee, take even more bullets.

Well I've got to level 30, and things are starting to open up, alot more things to do on the map, I've started to play the world global event, at the beginning of a mission the set up gives me options, so the harder i make it for myself the better the rewards, I'm only on Tier 01, as have a low gear score about 75, i need a 185 score for next Tier 02. And so on. I did 2 missions in global so far, one on normal and one on hard, there's another setting about contamination what's that about ????, is it when the enemy get close to you. Thanks

During Global Events, there will be some missions that have a purple outline on them in the map. Those are the missions that have GE specific modifiers. Every month there will be a different GE, and the modifiers, missions, and cache rewards will vary.
I'd suggest grouping up if you can (use LFG for 256+ group). Reason being is not only will higher level gear drop more regularly, but you'll also get full GE credits. If I remember right, the lower the tier, the less GE credits you will get for the activity. You'll be a bit squishy in WT5 activities, but it doesn't take long to get a basic build ready to go. Good ways to get GE credits are missions, LZ boss hunts, and also WHVT's. Speaking of WHVT's, I always save them for the GE's. If I do that, I'll be maxed out on Target Intel and I can run them twice during the week of the GE since they reset on Thursday (at least in my locale).
You may have already noticed the new vendor in the terminal is lit up. It's by the Optimization machine and that is where you'll spend your GE credits.
