Not the worst for me, because I had already done it a few times, but not everyone in the group.
Not the best ending of a six hour session if I may say so.

I happen to have the same issue twice.
Did it happen when someone got disconnect and reconnected?

Nope.
Nothing out of ordinary happened.
I have seen a thread on Reddit where others described having this issue as well.
I won't be playing Summit until this is fixed.
