    Cant play game, connection issue CODE: 0_24

    As title says, I am unable to play the game due to code 0_24 being thrown every time after I press continue then “press any key”

    My internet connection is strong with no problems...wtf is wrong here?

    Ive tested my connection, reset both ps4 and modem, set static ip address. It SHOULD be working? I don’t get it.

    Haven't seen this code for a while.

    Possible fixes i've seen is port forwarding (probably router doesnt let in connection to the crew)
    Or reinstalling the game itself

    Or there's an unexpected downtime that will make the game unavailable for an hour or more

    Pressed the “Check your connection” option at start screen where it brings up Continue, Redeem code etc, and it just sits on the following.

    Public IP - - Port. - -
    Private IP - - Port. - -

    UPnP Support. - -


    WAITING ...

    Just stays like that.

    I fixed it, dont know why but i had to delete and reinstall the game 3 times to get it to work...

    There was some unexpected degradation with The Crew across consoles last night which may have impacted you.

    Same issue as stated above. All the required ports are forwarded and all hardware has been reset. PlayStation has static IP and I’ve reinstalled the game 3 separate times but to no avail

    I installed game for the first time in a few years and have been unable play due to same error code. I also forwarded all ports and nothing has helped. I also have an excellent connection, just not with Ubisoft.

    I'm getting this issue on the PC, I have not been able to play the past 2 days.

    I wonder if it's related to the Ubisoft Connect transition that is happening over the next week.

    Sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

    Can I just check that you have tried reinstalling the game as has worked for other players?

    We are not currently seeing any issue with this, would it be possible to advise if this issue persists for you?
