The concept of taking damage being a natural part of fighting outside a punish is so alien for most FH players despite that being how any other fighter is. I have my issues with the current state. Mainly revolving around dodges and weapon range/hitboxes. But still. In a general sense I prefer how for honor feels now compared to how it used to. It's probably the only reason why I can find fun in duels again despite quitting them after only playing them for half of FH's life span.
I still disagree with Highlander's chain light, and I'm back to thinking Orochi needs to be normalised to everyone else again (no 433ms light attacks, but remove that buffer between his chain lights).

I do agree though that the dodge attack i frames need looking at and ranged weapon pushback should be nerfed so that short range heroes arent forced to close the gap almost EVERY TIME they take a hit.

Don't get me started on weapon push back. It's so incredibly annoying. Even if you play JJ as his weapon smacks so hard it actually removes his mix ups because of it. Guess Grandpa still can pack a wallop.

At this poiny Im pretty sure FH isnt going to change so I tried playing again and have only encountered a few spammers and as a result have one about every match. My only regret is that if you fight one you have to play like a silly b***h instead of playing normally with mixups etc. Before if someone did this they would stop after being reaction parried a couple times which would result in fun match still and they would learn a valuable lesson. Pre ccu fighting spammers was easily dealt with and actually fun to get juicy deflects and parries. Now it makes for terribly boring matches. However again, i havent found many so Ill stop complaining.

Your links dont pop up on console. What I meant to say before is that spammers are harder to deal with and cant get punished to the extent they should but I havent found many as I am a over a hundred rep player, but lower level players experience spam very frequently and I feel for them. Every match for them probably just consists of spam and dodge attacks. Just trying to be considerate of other players. Im sure most on this thread are higher rep like me and therefore cant relate to the extent a noobie does. I am glad to see that spam has lowered upon my return, but imagine it is still an issue for lower reps and this deserves some attention whether it is in the form of tweaking individual heroes or just stamina or dmg numbers isnt up to me

Not everyone watches videos wher a majority will just play and learn as they go. Using your stupid grasp of gameplay comprehension you are telling people that they can rep a hero to 2 and compete with a rep 20-30-40+ when they can’t, it’s a redundant thought that nobody should have in their head. The higher repped hero HAS ALREADY SEEN AND DONE EVERYTHING YOU KNOW.

I am however glad you watched a video and learned something, it shows growth. Maybe in another 10 reps you will grow again, then yet again in another 20. It’s weird how this happens eh? Imagine. Playing, studying, seeing what other people do and then taking it on as your own like it was always there. Kinda exactly like what I’ve said, weird...
The irony is you claiming I don't get it, making it very apparent that YOU don't get it.

No where did I say that a player who has put 2 reps on a hero would be inherently better than a player who has put 20+ reps on that same hero. What I said is that you shouldn't need 20+ reps just to know that hero's moveset. At the same time, a player with 20+ reps on a hero isn't inherently better than one with 2 reps either.

A better player is a better player. If I'm better at the game as a whole than you are, then my 2 reps on a particular hero might be worth more than your 70 on the same hero.

You claiming that a player with 2 reps on a hero CAN'T beat a player with 20 reps on the same hero just shows how absolutely clueless you are. Haven't you heard how reps don't really matter that much?

I have 274 reps by the way genius, so no I don't see growth happening so often as every 10 reps at this point.

The video I watched didn't teach me anything besides humility. I didn't learn any new tricks or techniques, but instead just curbed a bit of my ego.

I'm already ranked as a diamond 3/4 and apparently I'm top 3%, but who knows how much that is actually worth. I'm on console after all.

Anyways, I hope you can find some humility of your own. Every time you point a finger at me, you end up describing yourself instead. Keep it coming I guess? Lol
