I am concerned with Zero Six at the same level as Elden Ring, as there has been almost nothing shown of those 2 games yet both have been in development for 3 plus years. Will they be good? Probably, but I wouldn't look at it as the savior of the brand yet.

We don't have a fixed date as of yet. Right now we are planning to release an Alpha sometime in 2020.
October is thursday. Running short on that goal.

There is more on their twitter feed, but nothing new since February. I'm just hoping that nobody from the development team has been a victim of the pandemic, because that was when Germany was first getting affected.

Yeah, I'm not expecting anything at this point as it's way too early to get my hopes up. ....it just sounds promising and I hope it pulls through.

Same as I do for Sandstorm and that was ready to release on console until they delayed it again due to the acquisition of NWI.

Notice the world MILITARY.
Blue is exactly where we need him to be. I think he is very understanding towards our opinions and he highlights both good and bad, delivering a response that is not just clouded by one side. I got no criticism aimed at him. Blue got good comments and opinions and I see him agreeing more with the community's feedback without any "but" than he reflects on positive sides of the game or defends different aspects of it. Where he does deliver a "but" is where it is very reasonable to do so... because all we, the consumers see from our perspective is feedback of criticism, complaints and negative sides of this game (alot of it very true and with reason) however we forget there are good things in this game as well, but we rarely speak of it.

This game has never been a tactical military shooter, I mean you got some mechanics that allow it to a certain extend, but the enemies you face, the drones, Titans in Raid, Wolves dressed it trenchcoats and circus outfits is just disrupting every immersion you can have towards the feeling of tactical. Now I agree, got some military experience myself and Ubisoft is just walking further and further away from the potential this game could have with their decisions. A DE is not something you find as a firearm used for military purposes at all, it even goes against any sense in terms of regulations addressed in NATO. There is a reason the new NATO standard for ammunition / calibre was reduced from 7.62 to 5.56 .

Lol...I was directing my ironic answer mentioning your poster, to someone who criticized you first.

    I did miss that, sorry.

@Mikkhep93, thank-you for the understanding. I think there is more chance of the feedback registering and the game improving if it is considered and balanced. If we come across as angry all the time then what we say will be interpreted as because we're angry not necessarily because we mean it. That's in general, though, specifically to this thread I can understand the anger it's just that I don't share it.

Absolutely true. We all have our right to voice an opinion and feedback is good in order for the devs to see what needs to be improved upon. I will not ignore the fact that the developers themselves could keep us more updated on their plans and interact more with the community itself, nor that there have been some questionable decisionmaking. However we may perhaps be a bit too focused on flooding the forum with our complaints rather than bringing forward what works and what is enjoyable with this game. Finding a problem with everything in the game will perhaps cause the more pressing matters to fall out of focus and become burried beneath a pile of less significant issues.

I am not sure about how much the GRBkp players like this paint in the Desert Eagle or not. I like it, for instance. The game probably has millions of users and not all of them write anything in this forum or bother checking it. I don't think that the opinions given by a few dozen vocal players mean much, honestly.

Nowadays I'd say that, this "few dozen of vocal players" are all the players this game currently has, and that's due not only to it's veering off from the franchise's tactical roots but it's quality as a whole.
