Rulebreakers should indeed be punished, I never said they mustn't. Haha kinda chuckled on your comparison there, I see what you're trying to hint at (and you're right at that aswell imo) but making use of exploits in a game and trying your luck making bank robbing an armored car because there's an opening are two complete different things (as the consequences of breaking in-game rules can result in a ban and the consequences of your example can result with losing your life or ending up quite some time in jail, lol).

Haha of course the cases are not of the same severity, but they teach the same lesson. Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

yea and they don't punish derankers enough either, simple fact is you need to start coming down hard, people are given an inch they are taking miles... and everything gets out of hand.

Well... look at someone like me; My team is in the Gold League and as a player with +-6750 ELO, I tend to get matched with players ranging from 7500 to 8300 for most TVT matches recently...
