It’s gonna be funny to see when, after Yoo-Been-Swindled removes vote kicks, there is a wave of people complaining on here when they are forced to quit games because a joining player gets stuck loading and there's no way to remove them. Happened pretty regularly when I still played this game, and since there's no timeout auto-kick... it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

Now we just need the matchmaking lobby to stop replacing dropped players. Once it's found 10 players it should be locked. If someone quits then oh well. Either that or fix the eternal loads for replacements.
Vote to kick been abused by trolls for over 5 years now. Time to let this new update take it's course. People vote you soon as you join or cause they like the character you picked and what not. Or get voted doing the most work. Usually the trolls that are doing the voting are scrubs that are dead watching and get carried.

VTK's removal has gotten a lot of mixed feedback so far. Some people are really enjoying the fact that toxic 4 stacks can no longer use it to randomly kick folks out of spite, and the removal or the "clutch or kick" mentality, however on the other hand, we have seen some complaints about being unable to remove toxic players, or remove folks that are taking too long to load in. Not until Ubi finally develops and implements the report/reputation system they promised us waaay too long ago. Until it would finally work and players would gain an oportunity reporting toxic squads, smurf players, afk-farmers and so on. I mean until that system would actually work, so toxic players would get their reputation crippled and had to play with someone of their kind, instead of automatic system responding "yeah, yeah, thank you for reporting something, now get along". Squads kicking other people often (more than 3 per day for example) and naturally getting reported by their victims would stop being a problem after all, because decent players won't meet them again for a long time (if not forever). If you worry because of toxic squads reporting everyone on their way - you can make it so only one vote per squad counts. So 4 people in squad = 1 random guy playing with them. Toxic player would eventually get lots of negative reports from people he bothered, while random negative reports he could 'award' other people in attempt to abuse the system will not be enough to spoil the reputation (because they usually do nothing wrong. Mostly).
In short, behave like a proper member of players community, and some random negative karma won't harm you, expiring next season/month. Type 'ez, noobs' and get chat banned for two weeks. TK or grief - and see the depth of hell, quequeing with people who would appreciate your 'jokes' and c4 you before you can do the same to them.
Only after that VtK would become what it meant to be - a tool for the cases of emergency, like infinite loads or uncooperative teammate.
