[PC] Cant connect properly to multiplayer

    Hello

Since I change ISP's recently I cant play with my friend, I can do challenges and update my score (and see my friends scores update), but the multiplayer button in social is greyed out and I cant connect to him.
when he tried to connect to me (we see that we are both in game using shift + F2) it told him "session is full or does not exists".
And when I try to connect to him I just don't get any message.
I have tired to follow the steps written here https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Fa...in-Steep-on-PC
    but im having issues still.
    I have a wired connection.
    UPnP is enabled.
    Reset my host file.
    Flushed DNS.
I'm not sure what to tell my ISP should I need to talk to them.

I have msinfo and DxDiag files if you want them.

    Thank you

    Hey there,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You mentioned you tried those troubleshooting steps but can I check have you tried the port forwarding steps within there.

The problem you are describing does point towards trying those steps

Any trouble just let us know

ofirvard: Thanks, ofirvard! I see that you listed them all as "Both". Have you tried setting them as "TCP" or "UDP"?

This is an intolerable solution. Never have I played a largely single player game that required such a stringent set up just to play longer than 4 seconds.

    Hey DarkIlluminatus,

Thank you for taking your time out to share your feedback.

As Steep is an always online game it does require a stable internet connection. The steps mentioned previously have helped others ensure that all data can be transfered between your device and the servers as is intended.

If ever we can help in the future then just let us know as we are more than happy to help.
