    1 fps in fullscreen mode

    I've got some performance issues with this game. When I enter fullscreen the game runs at around 1 fps but is very smooth when I don't have the game in focus. The game also runs smooth(er) when playing borderless or windowed but this is not ideal and I would rather find a fix for playing fullscreen.

    My specs:
    GTX 1080
    i5-9600k
    16GB 3200Mhz
    1440p

    Update: still haven't found a fix. But I have found the culprit. It isn't in fact fullscreen causing the issue but rather my refresh rate and fram rate lock. I can only run the game normally if both of these values are set to 60. Any higher and the game goes back down to very low fps despite task manager showing that cpu, ram and gpu are around all 45% usage.

    The first thing I would suggest is to try these troubleshooting steps

    These steps should help, however if the problem persists we will be more than happy to investigate further

    Thank you for the update.

    I think in this case it would be really beneficial if we could see your Dxdiag and MsInfo files.

    Would it be possible to open a case and attach these for us to review?

    Sure. I've tried to create a case but it says that the chat is currently unavailable. I'm assuming this is because of the time?
